Board Nominations 2026

It is the time of year again where we are now accepting nominations for ICCM members to stand as a potential Board Director and nominations for the office of Deputy President.

We are building, would you like to play a part in this?

As a Board Director you can influence the direction and decisions of the ICCM on how it serves its members in current and future projects, including by developing strategy & policies that will affect us all for years to come. The coming years will provide many opportunities to shape the future of our services in a significant way and we welcome applications from those who feel that they are wishing to make that difference.

The role lasts for 3 years, giving you the time to both make the role your own and contribute to the many existing projects that are in differing stages of development.

You may have seen the various stories featured within the ICCM Journal written by our newest Directors, met our current President at an ICCM branch meeting, or perhaps been personally inspired to make a difference?

or perhaps you know of someone who would be perfect for the role?

or both! We have 1 Board Director position open this year and the process for nominations is now open.

The first step is to complete a nomination by clicking on one of the buttons below. These then need to be returned to me at mathew.crawley@iccm-uk.com

Deputy President

As well as serving as a Board Director over the 3 years in this role, you are becoming the face of the ICCM in the broader bereavement sector and beyond. If successful you will serve as Deputy President in Year 1, then automatically succeed the incumbent President in Year 2, then become Immediate Past President in Year 3.
