- Topic: The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, known as Martyn’s Law, is aimed at strengthening the protection of the public across a wide range of premises, including cemeteries & Crematoria.
Since receiving Royal Assent in April 2025, organisations have been given 24 months to meet the requirements set out in the Act. This period will end in May 2027, when compliance will be expected.This webinar will look at what the legislation means in practical terms for crematorium and cemetery settings, and the steps you should be considering now to make sure you are prepared.
