Topic : Following the recent release of the Law Commission’s final paper relating to Burial & Cremation Law reform, colleagues from the Law Commission will again be giving their time to provide a forum where members can raise any questions, comments or concerns relating to the proposals being put forward.
The webinar will also allow for a further update to be provided on the different elements of the Law Commission’s work involving new funerary methods and funerary wishes
