Consultation on amendments to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 as applied to groundwater activities and related surface water discharge activities

DEFRA has announced a consultation and is inviting interested parties to give their views:

We are writing to invite your views on nine proposed amendments to the Environmental Permitting (England & Wales) Regulations 2016 as applied to groundwater activities and some related surface water discharge activities. This consultation is being carried out by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and will be open from Wednesday 29 September to Wednesday 22 December 2021.
