We have been alerted to email issues affecting some members due to tightening security measures to prevent spam, this has affected parts of the e-news service.
While this is being affected if possible can members please ask their IT departments with Microsoft office/365 based system to –
Release from quarantine (Microsoft side)
In your Microsoft quarantine, please locate a quarantined campaign messages from – trevor.robson@iccm-uk.com or crm@iccm-uk.com
– Release it
– Add an allow/permit for these identifiers:
– From: trevor.robson@iccm-uk.com or crm@iccm-uk.com
– Envelope sender (Return-Path / mailfrom): @em-3521822.iccm-uk.com
This should release some messages that have been quarantined
